We have noticed that many of our clients are still faced with the challenge of finding right skills and resources at all levels in their organisation, therefore a logical progression into Talent Solutions is timeous and makes business sense. Many of our existing clients have approached us for advice and assistance in this area.
We believe that with our understanding of the challenges of corporate South Africa, we are well positioned to add Recruitment and Placements as one of our new Centres of Excellence. It will be headed by Maré Norval, who ran a successful recruitment company for 30 years. Maré will be working alongside our wider network of consultants who bring a wealth of experience. She will be assisted by Lucky Mohanoe as Operations Support. Lucky has been a Project Coordinator with Mandate Molefi for many years and has substantial knowledge from his engagements with a number of our clients.
Maré is available to meet with you for informal discussions between 16-20 February 2015, to understand how we can add value to your business. We’ve attached her CV for your interest.

Since 1990 she has been running a Human Resources Consulting and Search/ Recruitment business, Maré Norval & Associates, associated with Mandate Molefi. We have undertaken Search, Recruitment and Selection of black staff. Our clients are mainly Corporate Head Office companies but also Local Government structures, Parliament and Community Organisations. A selection of clients includes: Woolworths, Maersk/Safmarine, British Petroleum (BP), Coega Development Corporation and Cell C.
In the latter years the focus has shifted to include Organisational Development and Evaluations, Skills Audits, the Development of Job profiles, Career Guidance and Human Resources Project Management and Facilitation on request from our existing client base. This aligns well with the services offered by Mandate Molefi who extends this offering into Transformation, Employment Equity, Strategic Planning services, etc.
Maré also established a non-profit organisation “The Luphondo Educational Project” (Reg no: 2001/000051/08) in 2001 in Adelaide in the Eastern Cape. The primary goal in establishing the pre-school for farmworkers children, was to narrow the educational gap. Money is raised by Mare Norval & Associates, through free placements of temporary staff, in organisations.
