Leadership Assessment Tool


The Diversity Capability Assessment Tool (GDS®) is a self administered, self-scoring tool that helps leaders embark on a journey of self-discovery that will enhance their competency to manage and value diversity in the workplace.

 


The Tool builds on the well-known H3 Model (Heart, Hands and Head) and competencies are self-evaluated in three categories


The tool prepares managers and employees, through a process of introspection to:

See themselves and the world with less bias or prejudice;

See beyond differences and work more successfully with people who are different from them;
Make others feel they are valued members of a group or team.

       

Act with openness, fairness and a spirit of co-operation and generosity towards diverse colleagues.
Adapt behaviours to better communicate and solve problems with diverse colleagues.
